Point Cook Clubhouse

Positioned alongside the fairways of Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club, The Clubhouse is a resort-style residence where landscape and architecture are seamlessly intertwined. Delivered in close collaboration with NTF Architecture and NBLA, the project showcases a refined approach to landscape construction where materiality, craftsmanship, and site responsiveness come together to create a timeless outdoor environment.

A carefully curated palette of sand-toned brick, charred timber, and travertine establishes a cohesive dialogue between the built form and the surrounding landscape. Every external element was executed with precision, reinforcing the home’s sense of warmth, permanence, and understated luxury.

Central to the project was a deep understanding of site and climate. Layered planting, sculpted garden beds, and integrated structural elements soften the scale of the residence while framing expansive views across the golf course and lake. The landscape construction was meticulously detailed to enhance both the visual experience and long-term functionality of the space.

Designed to support relaxed family living and large-scale entertaining, the outdoor spaces feature a suite of resort-inspired amenities including an outdoor kitchen, custom brick fireplace, negative-edge swimming pool with tanning ledge, and full-sized tennis court. Each space was constructed to feel like a natural extension of the home blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living.

Rich perennial planting surrounds the pool and lawn areas, while elevated garden beds are layered with Silver Birches, Buxus, and Foxgloves to provide seasonal texture and depth. Meandering stepping stone pathways set within soft Dichondra ground cover create moments of movement and discovery throughout the garden, adding to the immersive experience of the landscape.

The result is an outdoor environment crafted to evolve alongside the family for years to come.
